MANKIND

A Program for Men to Unlearn and Stop Abusive Behavior

The ManKind Program is a 52-week, facilitator-led course that provides a structured and supportive environment for men to examine how they have internalized the Male-Role-Belief System—a mindset that places them in a position of control and authority over their partners. Through guided reflection and education, participants learn how they’ve mistaken this harmful stereotype for their identity and self-worth. The program offers tools to dismantle these false beliefs and replace them with a foundation of equality—paving the way for healthier relationships, genuine intimacy, and a commitment to justice for women and children in their communities.

ManKind classes are now held online via Zoom.

WOMANKIND

Supportive Space for Women

The WomanKind Program is a 52-week, facilitator-led course that helps women stop their use of violence in intimate relationships. Is your anger creating problems at home or in your relationships? Have your actions led to legal consequences—or left you feeling stuck in a cycle of blame and frustration? The WomanKind Program offers a supportive space for women to explore their use of violence, take accountability, and build the tools needed to create healthier, more equitable relationships.

Through honest reflection and peer connection, participants learn why, when, and how violence occurs—and how to replace it with respectful, nonviolent communication and behavior. Whether you’re facing legal challenges or simply want to break free from harmful patterns, WomanKind can help you take meaningful steps toward personal change and long-term peace.
