Our therapy and support group services provide a safe and nurturing environment for survivors of abuse to share their experiences and heal together. Led by trained professionals, these sessions foster connection, empowerment, and resilience, helping individuals reclaim their lives and move forward on their healing journey.
We are committed to breaking the cycle of violence by engaging with children and youth who have witnessed or experienced domestic or dating violence, along with their families. We offer several programs for children and their survivor parent in the Trauma Therapy Program under the direction of our Children, Youth, and Community Prevention Division.

Through our “In This Together” (ITT) program, children and their non-abusing parents participate in group therapy intended to heal the family bonds that are often broken in domestic violence situations. Families meet with clinical therapists in a group setting to explore, discover, heal, and thrive using art therapy, creative play, singing, talking, and much more.
