The CARE Team provides outreach and engagement services to homeless individuals with mental illness.

Operating out of the Enterprise Resource Center, the consumer-staffed CARE team provides “street-based” outreach, bringing engagement services to wherever they are needed, and establishing effective relationships with individuals who are reluctant to seek services because of the nature of their mental health symptoms. This team is also the primary source of referrals for the Odyssey Program for homeless adults with serious mental illness.
