Marin’s Coordinated Community Response to Domestic Violence Network (CCR) of which Center for Domestic Peace is a partner, is conducting an anonymous survey to learn what needs to be done next to increase your safety in Marin County.

• Fill out one survey for each organization that you went to for help.  If you went to several organizations for help, answer the questions below about only ONE organization.
• Information collected will be reviewed at a future CCR meeting.
